I asked them about it saying I wasn't sure if I should just change the order and get the bigger chair because their verona model at that store specifically was busted and I couldn't compare (had tried it at another store and thought I liked it, apparently I don't lol it's not at all the one I was trying to buy) they told me no hassle bring it back and change it within 14 days, which i'll do tommorow
